  Double Shaft Horizontal Concrete Mixer has following characters:

1.       Compact design makes the machine occupy smaller room and be beneficial to be renewed.

2.       Unloading door adopts hydraulic or cylinder mode to make sure the reliability of the door. And the unloading device is designed arc shape and can be opened at different phases to be fit for loading on concrete truck. The large unloading door can accelerate the unloading speed.

3.       The shaft seal adopts imported one. All the seal components are easy to be taken down and changed. This kind of shaft can be used smoothly even under the worse working condition.

4.       The bearing and the shaft seal are separated. The bearing will not be destroyed at the same time as the shaft seal is damaged.

5.       The mixer is equipped with high-quality six-angle mixer shaft and has the best anti-twist and anti-kink intensity to reach the best mixed output.

6.       The mixing arm is made by special steel and optimizing streamline to make the adhered materials more less and save time and cost.

7.       The lozenge scaleboard in the mixing tank is patent and the use life is 30% longer than the life of same material rectangle scaleboard.

8.       The two turbo reducers are imported to fit for the mixer. The strike will be buffed when quick loading or reset with full load.

9.       Spray pipe system can be installed on the upper lid of mixer. Several nozzles spray water evenly and efficiently reduce the concrete powder inside the mixer.(pump as option)

10.   High-pressure washing device can finish washing in several minutes and can reach 95% cleaning result.(As option)

11.   The upper lid of mixer is equipped with testing door and entrance.(As option)

12.   Automatic lubrication system can supply lubricant for mixing shaft seal evenly and efficiently. Only press button after cleaning the mixer. And a complete set of control system can adjust oiling quantity as to the actual dosage.
